Role Overview

We are in search of an exceptionally organized and proactive Business Operations and Project Manager to join our Sales Operations team and collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This vital role offers high visibility within a rapidly expanding global fintech leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the CRO to advance strategic priorities across the Sales division.
  • Track sales performance indicators, operational KPIs, and analyze business trends to support informed leadership decisions.
  • Convert data into actionable insights, highlighting opportunities, potential risks, and improvement areas.
  • Create executive-level dashboards, reports, presentations, and updates for leadership meetings.
  • Propose improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and facilitate the Sales team's growth.
  • Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from initiation through completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set timelines and milestones, and monitor deliverables across involved departments.
  • Organize meetings, capture action items, and enforce stakeholder accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, removing obstacles to maintain progress.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with company priorities and overarching business goals.
  • Work in partnership with the CRO and Chief of Staff to organize priorities and drive follow-through.
  • Assist leadership in proactive planning to stay ahead of upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate communication among Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, and other departments.
  • Provide regular status reports and executive-quality communication to keep leadership fully informed.
  • Act as a dependable operational partner ensuring timely organization and execution of critical initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related fields preferred.
  • 2 to 5+ years in Business Operations, Project Management, Sales Operations, Consulting, PMO, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated business insight with aptitude for integrating multiple initiatives.
  • Proactive approach with keen anticipation of organizational needs.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving competencies.
  • Effective written and oral communication abilities.
  • Experience interacting with executive leadership comfortably.
  • Capacity to balance multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce a plus.
