Role Overview
As a Business Development Specialist based on-site in Dubai, your main objective is to drive business growth by expanding KARG's client portfolio. You will identify new commercial opportunities, generate qualified leads, and establish relationships with prospective and current clients across tax consulting, audit, AML, and company formation services.
Responsibilities
- Perform market research to identify target segments and formulate outreach strategies aligned with company priorities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, coordinating meetings and presentations with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop customized proposals and service packages.
- Maintain detailed records of business development activities and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights on market trends to assist in service innovation and brand positioning.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, interpret financial and regulatory data, and prioritize initiatives.
- Excellent communication abilities to clearly present services, craft professional proposals, and build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Proven lead generation skills to identify prospects, manage sales pipelines, and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Competent in market research to analyze industry developments, competitor moves, and client demands in the UAE and regional markets.
- Customer service aptitude ensuring responsive follow-up and quality client engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines; advanced sales or business development certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in professional services, especially tax, audit, or financial consulting, is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, sales reporting, and pipeline management tools.
- Ability to collaborate with technical specialists, manage multiple priorities, and uphold professionalism and integrity.
- Fluent English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
