About the Role
Aviva Life Insurance Company India Limited seeks a Business Development Manager to join their team. This role combines office-based tasks with fieldwork, focusing on expanding the company's insurance sales footprint.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Cultivate new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
- Engage in both office and field activities to drive sales.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales is required; candidates with any sales background are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree with a passing certificate.
- Age should range between 24 to 39 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory to perform field-related duties.
- Valid PAN card is a compulsory document.
- For experienced candidates, submission of previous employer's offer letter, experience letter, and salary slips is required.
- Certificates for 10th, 12th standard, and graduation must be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed in-hand salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month based on experience, corresponding to a CTC of ₹25,000 to ₹37,000.
- Variable unlimited incentives are part of the remuneration package.
- Employment comes with Provident Fund (PF) benefits.
