Overview
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate enterprise sales and broaden our corporate client base across key sectors. This position entails identifying new business prospects, forging strong connections with decision-makers, and delivering tailored wellness solutions that generate significant value for organizations.
Key Duties
- Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities to expand the enterprise client roster.
- Create and implement strategic initiatives to enter new markets and enhance company visibility within targeted industries.
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint prospective clients and engage with decision-makers to assess their business and wellness needs.
- Present and customize wellness programs to align with specific requirements of enterprise customers.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals through efficient pipeline oversight, successful negotiations, and strategic account acquisitions.
- Drive outbound lead generation through proactive sales campaigns, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Use CRM systems to monitor prospects, sales activities, follow-ups, and boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and service delivery for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends to continuously improve enterprise offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within Hospitality, BFSI, Real Estate, Healthcare, Wellness, or similar sectors.
- Documented success in reaching sales goals and driving business expansion.
- Well-versed in engaging HR, Admin, Procurement teams, and leadership stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate sales cycles, procurement processes, and enterprise-level negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and excel in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in enterprise sales teams.
