Descrição da vaga
Role overview
Arabic.AI is looking for a Business Solutions Partner to manage the full customer lifecycle for assigned accounts. In this position, you will take charge of account growth, pipeline generation, deal closure, and revenue delivery. The role is centered on expanding business across all Arabic.AI divisions by creating strong qualified opportunities, managing structured sales execution, and keeping revenue performance consistent and predictable.
You will serve as a commercial advisor to customers and as an internal coordinator across pre-sales, delivery, pricing, legal, and product teams. The goal is to build integrated solutions that deliver clear value to clients and support long-term business expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the full account plan, including stakeholder mapping, identifying whitespace, and preparing quarterly growth plans.
- Increase portfolio coverage across all Arabic.AI divisions to maintain a balanced revenue mix and reduce dependence on a single service line.
- Serve as the main commercial lead for assigned accounts and drive long-term strategic value.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders on the client side.
- Create and sustain a healthy, qualified pipeline across divisions with disciplined movement through each sales stage.
- Lead commercial strategy, pricing conversations, deal execution, and close planning.
- Pursue new customer wins where relevant and expand existing accounts in a structured way.
- Identify risks early and run formal deal reviews for complex or high-value opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and clear pipeline visibility to support predictable results and variance control.
- Keep the CRM updated with correct values, stages, timelines, next steps, ownership, and proof of customer engagement.
- Follow pricing, discounting, and approval governance requirements without exception.
- Confirm deal readiness before closure, including scope alignment, pricing approval, and internal sign-offs.
- Represent the customer internally and help shape solutions around real business outcomes.
- Lead multi-party efforts to resolve client issues and improve solution delivery.
- Work across divisions to build bundled, outcome-focused offerings instead of isolated products or services.
- Coordinate Pre-Sales, Delivery, Pricing, and Legal teams to ensure deals are ready and closed on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of successful experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solutions selling within AI, SaaS, IT services, or consulting settings.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Practical understanding of language and translation services, along with the challenges relevant to the target market sectors.
- Strong background in portfolio selling, cross-selling, and solution bundling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and juggling several high-impact opportunities at once.
- Strong presentation skills in both face-to-face and phone settings.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
