Role summary
This position is for a Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager based in Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on B2B field sales and developing business in industrial markets.
Experience and industry background
The ideal candidate should bring 4 to 6 years of field sales experience, with 4 to 5 years specifically in B2B sales. Prior exposure to industries such as conveyor belts, cement, mining, aviation, oil & gas, heavy machinery, bearings, lubricants, or welding is preferred.
Technical knowledge
A strong techno-commercial understanding is important, along with a clear grasp of plant operations in sectors such as steel, cement, and power.
