Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our expanding team in Ahmedabad, Surat, and Rajkot. Ideal candidates should possess a robust banking and sales background along with a strong enthusiasm for relationship building and fostering business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate bank growth by acquiring new clients and enriching relationships with current customers.
- Market and sell a portfolio of banking services including CASA accounts, various loans, insurance products, and investment options.
- Discover fresh market prospects and formulate strategic sales initiatives accordingly.
- Establish and nurture enduring customer bonds to ensure long-term engagement.
- Meet and exceed designated monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver exemplary customer service.
- Continuously monitor market developments and competitor strategies.
Eligibility
