Role Overview
This position involves overseeing retail business activities, steering a field sales team, and strengthening the brand’s presence across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee retail operations and coordinate the on-ground sales team.
- Develop durable working relationships with retail category managers, buyers, and business owners.
- Track and improve both primary and secondary sales outcomes in the assigned territories.
