Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager based in Delhi to contribute to our growth by driving sales and widening our market reach. The successful candidate will be skilled in sales and possess a verifiable history of meeting targets. Your main task will be to identify new market opportunities and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth objectives.
- Explore and chase new business leads by networking and prospecting.
- Establish and sustain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal teams to flawlessly implement sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity to foster innovation and differentiation.
- Regularly compile and deliver sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Continuously refine sales methods and workflows to boost productivity and effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of prior experience in sales or business development.
- Applicants must be residents of Delhi.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range offered is from ₹401,000 to ₹1,200,000 per annum. The position includes a 5-day workweek along with health and life insurance coverage.
