Business Development Executive - Multilingual (Assamese)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executive to enhance sales by liaising with interior designers, contractors, architects, and builders. This role focuses on fostering enduring relationships and promoting our premium plywood products to secure steady business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with interior designers, contractors, architects, and builders to introduce and promote plywood products.
• Build and sustain robust professional relationships to generate consistent sales prospects.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations highlighting product quality and advantages.
• Handle negotiations, finalize deals, and uphold customer satisfaction.
• Remain informed about current industry trends and market needs to offer strategic insights.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate seamless order processing and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in International Voice Support with a focus on sales.
• Graduation in any discipline (with preference for CBSE/ICSE background).
• Fluency in any Assamese language is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent sales aptitude including persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
• Ideally resides in South or Central Kolkata or willing to relocate.

Benefits and Additional Details

• Competitive monthly salary up to ₹25,000 in hand plus Provident Fund benefits.
• Work hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday; Sundays off.
• Work location is office-based in South Kolkata.

• The position is full-time with a fixed day shift schedule.
