About Mingrow
Mingrow is an AI-driven Business Operating System that helps startups, SMEs, and large companies streamline their Sales, CRM, HR, Projects, WhatsApp Marketing, Customer Support, and overall Business Operations using one integrated platform.
Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads via cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate Mingrow SaaS solutions.
- Arrange and perform online product demos for potential clients.
- Follow through with leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date and active sales pipeline within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to maximize outcomes.
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, WhatsApp, and video conferencing.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and generate comprehensive sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Must hold a graduation degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development or sales roles focusing on Software, SaaS, CRM, IT, ERP, or B2B sales.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated individual.
- Comfortable working with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.
Preferred Skills
- B2B sales expertise.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales processes.
- Software and CRM sales experience.
- Effective lead generation and cold calling abilities.
- Strong skills in product demonstrations and sales closures.
- Client relationship management and business development capabilities.
- Pipeline and follow-up management proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 based on candidate experience and performance, along with additional monthly incentives up to ₹30,000. Total earnings can reach up to ₹60,000 per month through salary plus incentives.
