Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to students on academic matters, available courses, and career trajectories.
- Evaluate student needs to recommend appropriate educational programs.
- Manage inquiries through multiple communication channels including calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain records of leads and conduct follow-ups while updating CRM systems accurately.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must be a graduate possessing strong interpersonal communication and counseling capabilities.
- Previous experience in sales or converting leads is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach, be driven by targets, and exhibit effective follow-up skills.
