Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients through cold calling and telecalling to promote the company’s financial products and generate new business leads.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients face-to-face, assess their needs, and propose appropriate loan solutions.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by applying strategic efforts and proactive planning.
• Document client interactions meticulously and provide regular updates to the team leader.
