Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage startups, SMBs, and prospective clients interested in AWS cloud solutions.
• Understand customer needs and develop qualified leads related to AWS offerings such as cloud migration, new AWS deployments, cost efficiency measures, managed services, and cloud consulting.
• Track customer communications, conduct timely follow-ups, and update the sales pipeline within the CRM system while collaborating with internal sales, technical, and delivery teams to devise appropriate solutions for clients.
