Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations for the US side of the business, including accounting workflows, payroll administration, and financial reporting.
• Manage and improve the employee benefits programme while ensuring it remains legally compliant and broadly effective.
• Monitor cash flow, build forecasts, identify patterns, and develop accurate projections.
• Continuously refine internal processes to improve efficiency and establish stronger operating practices.

Required profile

Applicants should have a background in finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline, along with prior experience in a Business Controller role or a comparable position, preferably in a technology-focused company.

The role calls for solid knowledge of financial administration, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements, as well as the confidence to communicate clearly and work with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

Strong commercial awareness, comfort with IT systems, advanced Microsoft Excel ability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are important. The ideal candidate should also be highly organized and attentive to detail.

Experience across multiple states or countries, as well as exposure to startup environments, would be an added advantage.
