Compensation

Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management using various techniques to ensure consensus and understanding.
  • Document and analyze current business processes and support stakeholders in designing future state processes to enhance customer experience, offering recommendations as needed.
  • Ensure impacted business processes and systems are comprehensively analyzed; develop acceptance criteria that clearly reflect necessary changes aligned with customer needs.
  • Work alongside Change Management teams to evaluate and manage impacts on customers, employees, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Bridge communication between business and technology teams by documenting dependencies and constraints related to requirements.
  • Define acceptance criteria for testing, assist in creating test scripts, and support the testing process including communicating issues and resolution steps.
  • Maintain traceability and oversight of business requirements throughout project lifecycle.
  • Utilize domain, product, and system expertise to align deliverables with business value and vision while driving innovation and process improvement.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues promptly, escalating when necessary, and propose options for resolution.

Compliance and Stakeholder Communication
