About the Role

The Partner Transaction Center (PTC) team acts as the primary liaison between Oracle's partners and various channel sales stakeholders. This team manages both standard and non-standard channel deals by orchestrating Oracle's channel workflows and deal processes. It serves as a vital connection among distributors, partners, and the channel sales team to ensure clarity in pricing, contracts, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement programs that enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance aligned with the organization's financial and tactical goals.
• Develop, communicate, and deliver training related to business practices and processes within the organization.
• Collaborate with internal divisions including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to guarantee accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Collect, verify, input, and analyze data to track key performance indicators versus business objectives.
• Provide management with regular updates on budget variances, identify deviations, and highlight opportunities.
• Advise management on the economic impact and compliance considerations associated with major business decisions or deals.
• Communicate Oracle Business Practices throughout the organization and oversee processes to ensure full compliance with approval requirements.
• Lead the rollout of new processes and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness.
