Role Overview
The Business Analyst position is a full-time remote role entrusted with enhancing the firm's operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and aiding strategic decisions. Responsibilities include collaborating across legal and administrative teams to collect, document, and refine business needs. Daily duties involve workflow analysis, process gap identification, and proposing improvements to case management, client interaction, and internal workflows. The analyst will prepare performance reports and dashboards, assist in deploying new systems, track key performance indicators for ongoing enhancements, and facilitate effective communication of analytical findings. Additionally, the role supports change management efforts and standardizes procedures to boost productivity and client service quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical abilities to assess processes, data, and operational outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and clearly present insights.
- Proficient in business process evaluation to map and enhance workflows firm-wide.
- Experience in defining and managing business requirements for technological and procedural projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, or related disciplines, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Prior exposure to professional services or legal environments is advantageous though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with productivity and data management tools including spreadsheets, basic reporting software, and workflow platforms, plus the aptitude to quickly adapt to new technology.
- Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and capacity for productive independent work in a remote environment.
