This role focuses on the operation, maintenance, repair, and enhancement of plant machinery and equipment to guarantee plant uptime and maintain product excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate and manage machines and related equipment efficiently.
- Enhance production performance and optimize process flows continuously.
- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements on plant and devices.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and hazard-free workplace at all times.
- Collaborate effectively within teams and actively contribute during shift meetings.
- Use VPO (Visible Performance Objective) tools to evaluate and react to operational results.
- Maintain accurate records of problems, issues, and potential improvements through action logs.
- Understand and support the team’s collective goals (“the Dream”) and strive towards their fulfillment.
- Provide thorough handovers to succeeding shift members to communicate plant performance, quality concerns, and maintenance updates.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (B.Sc., HND, or B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 3 years of practical experience within a Brewing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
