Overview

This opportunity is with Bajaj Finance Ltd. for a leadership role focused on enhancing the company's proprietary productivity application aimed at improving sales team output.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize the productivity application to boost employee efficiency by introducing innovative features tailored for sales teams across Bajaj Finance Ltd.
• Act as the product owner collaborating with the IT department to deliver a high-quality product aligned with the needs of varying business verticals.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders, including business units and technical teams, to gather and refine business requirements and technical parameters.
• Break down and translate product strategies into detailed functional requirements and create/review user stories.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of app features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to promote widespread adoption and utilization of the Salesone application.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure delivery of superior work output.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields; an MBA is preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant product management experience in technology or financial services organizations.
• Familiarity with finance, fintech, NBFC/lending sectors, or B2C platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competent in analyzing data to extract insights and demonstrate flexibility as needed.
• Self-driven with a high motivation level.

Desired Skills and Additional Experience

• Basic knowledge of user experience design principles.
• Experienced in drafting functional requirement documents to facilitate IT development processes.
