Job Overview
We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee sales and collection functions at a designated branch office. The role involves building strong partnerships with electric vehicle (EV) original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and dealerships in the region, ensuring that sales and collection targets are achieved, and managing the overall operational performance of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and collection activities within the branch assigned.
- Develop and maintain robust business relationships with EV OEMs and dealerships in the territory.
- Ensure the branch consistently meets or exceeds sales and collection goals.
- Recruit and provide training to the branch team members to build an effective workforce.
- Generate daily performance reports and management information systems (MIS) documentation.
- Gather regular feedback to assess and enhance customer satisfaction.
