Vehicle requirement: Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory

Shift timings: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM

This position focuses on safe and accurate blood sample collection, proper handling of specimens, and delivering a reassuring experience to patients while following healthcare protocols.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients while following approved safety and hygiene practices.
• Confirm patient identity correctly and label samples without errors.
• Store, handle, and move samples carefully to the laboratory.
• Keep clear and complete records and documentation.
• Ensure patients are treated professionally and made comfortable during the process.
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and biomedical waste disposal rules.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in phlebotomy or blood sample collection.
• Working knowledge of blood collection methods and specimen handling.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Be prepared to travel within Ahmedabad for home collection visits.

Additional information

Salary: INR 40,000 to 50,000 per month
