Role Overview
We are seeking a technically adept BI and Systems Developer passionate about transforming complex datasets into practical insights. The role involves creating dashboards, enhancing systems, troubleshooting, and supporting users to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain dynamic BI dashboards and reports that aid operational and strategic decisions.
- Craft clear and user-friendly visual data representations that convert business needs into actionable insights.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data models crucial for analytics and reporting.
- Extract, clean, transform, and reconcile data from multiple sources ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and address data quality challenges by collaborating with relevant teams to enhance source data and processes.
- Manage CRM system administration including user access and troubleshooting alongside Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Maintain and improve PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows to align with business objectives.
- Provide system user support and resolve issues to guarantee platform security and efficiency.
- Seek and implement opportunities to integrate systems, automate workflows, and refine data flow processes across departments.
- Keep up to date with platform advancements, best practices, and new technologies.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure personal and team well-being.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in BI/reporting development with experience in dashboard and report creation using QlikSense or Power BI.
- Proficient SQL skills for querying, data transformation, and building data models.
- Capability to design clear, precise, and intuitive data models and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, or similar technologies are advantageous.
