About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor / Sales Associate with Sally Beauty Canada, you will help create a standout shopping experience for customers in the hair and beauty space. The role centers on guiding shoppers through product choices across hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. Sally Beauty provides product training so you can bring your enthusiasm and personality to the role.

What You’ll Do

• Develop customer connections that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Suggest suitable add-ons and complementary items to support each customer’s purchase.
• Share details about active promotions, in-store events, and special offers.
• Prepare promotional displays and arrange merchandise to showcase featured products.
• Make sure customers understand and join the loyalty program.
• Process purchases accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Help keep the store organized, professional, and well maintained, including raising inventory concerns when needed.
• Work in line with Sally Beauty’s culture and values.
• Be flexible with different work schedules and hours, depending on store needs.
