About the Role

Join the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group as a Bartender in Dubai, starting October 2026. This position requires expertise in beverages and embodies the brand ambassador role by crafting excellent drinks and creating memorable experiences in a lively, fast-paced setting. You will uphold Nikki Beach’s standards by mixing, serving, and presenting drinks with creativity and accuracy, enhancing the guest experience through a warm and energetic bar atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages according to Nikki Beach’s proprietary recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Memorize the entire cocktail and beverage menu intimately.
• Greet guests hospitably to foster an engaging and vibrant environment.
• Utilize strong menu knowledge and upselling skills to suggest drinks.
• Efficiently manage orders, payments, and customer interactions via POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize mise en place at the bar throughout shifts.
• Keep bar stock and refrigerators well-supplied and ordered during service hours.
• Follow health, hygiene, safety, and legal regulations related to alcohol service.
• Handle daily opening and closing bar procedures.
• Work closely with the barback and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest needs and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Minimize wastage while maintaining consistent quality.
• Offer support on other bar or floor duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Experience & Skills Required

• At least two years’ bartending experience in busy or lifestyle hospitality venues.
• Extensive knowledge of both classic and signature cocktails.
• Confident and personable with the ability to engage a diverse, international clientele.
• Skilled at multitasking efficiently and staying organized during high-volume periods.
• Customer-oriented with a natural passion for delivering excellent service.
• Detail-conscious, dependable, and a collaborative team member.
