About the Role
Join Welcome Break as a Barista supporting the Starbucks brand at the A1 location in Balderton, Newark. This part-time, onsite position offers flexible hours and an immediate start. You will be responsible for creating handcrafted drinks, greeting customers warmly, and ensuring smooth operation of the store. Whether preparing morning coffee or assisting teammates during rush times, you'll contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience on the move.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers
- Maintain composure and organization during busy periods
- Uphold high quality standards for drinks and store cleanliness
- Learn new skills with full training provided, no prior experience required
Requirements
