Role overview

This position focuses on preparing high-quality drinks and food items, delivering friendly service, supporting sales, and helping maintain a polished and enjoyable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make coffee, beverages, and food items in line with company quality standards.
• Offer warm, professional customer service and contribute to a welcoming shop atmosphere.
• Suggest products, encourage add-on purchases, and work toward personal and store sales goals.
• Support retail revenue by recommending items and engaging customers effectively.
• Handle customer payments and transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Keep the outlet clean, follow food safety practices, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Help with inventory replenishment and routine store operations.

Requirements

• Prior exposure to retail, café, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales work is preferred.
• Strong skills in customer service and selling are important.
• Good verbal communication and the ability to work well with others are needed.
• Must be comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
