About The Role
Join our vibrant team at The Devonshire, a well-known pub nestled between Balham and Clapham South tube stations in London. Our establishment is recognized for its lively and fast-moving environment, where attention to detail and excellent customer service are paramount to ensuring memorable experiences for our patrons.

Our large garden area creatively changes with the seasons, featuring the DEVoted to Summer festival in warmer months and transforming into a Bavarian-style Christmas market during winter, adding to the unique atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality customer service with a warm and engaging attitude.
- Work cohesively within a busy team to support smooth operations during high-volume periods.
- Engage with customers, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about our menus including food, wines, beers, cocktails, and coffee.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness to uphold our venue’s high standards.
