Key Responsibilities
- Prepare premium chocolates along with baked items including sponge bases, cookies, and biscuits.
- Innovate by developing new chocolate flavors and complementary pairings.
- Maintain excellence in taste, quality, and visual appeal of all products.
- Ensure steady and consistent production to meet both bulk and seasonal demands.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols, food safety regulations, and cleanliness guidelines.
- Assist in packaging and arranging baked goods in premium gift boxes for presentation.
