Position Overview
We are seeking a Back Office Executive to manage daily administrative and operational duties integral to our business functions. This role involves comprehensive handling of data entry, managing documents, maintaining records, and preparing MIS reports. The executive will collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out precise data entry tasks and organize documentation effectively.
- Maintain and update records systematically to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports for business insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to uphold smooth business processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
- Good communication abilities for effective email correspondence and team interaction.
- Capable of teamwork and coordination across departments.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary range from 17,500 to 35,000 INR.
