Job Overview
We are urgently looking to fill the position of Back Office Executive at Emerge The Inside Out, based in Surat, Gujarat. This role involves managing bookkeeping, tracking customer payments, monitoring order and delivery statuses, handling Excel-based reports and data, collaborating with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams, and maintaining vital documents such as invoices and customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and precise records.
- Conduct follow-ups on customer payments.
- Regularly check and update order and delivery progress.
- Prepare Excel reports, manage entries, and handle data efficiently.
- Coordinate activities among accounts, sales, and dispatch departments.
- Organize and retain important documents, invoices, and customer files.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Effective communication with good follow-up abilities.
- High attention to detail ensuring accurate record maintenance.
- Open for both male and female applicants.
Work Hours
The working schedule is from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
