Automotive Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Technician to become part of our expanding team in Tauranga. This full-time position (Monday to Friday, minimum 40 hours per week) is suited for someone meticulous who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses strong diagnostic skills. You will work on a diverse array of vehicles including everyday cars, complex electrical systems, and fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conducting diagnostics and repairs on multiple makes and models of vehicles
• Handling routine maintenance and fleet servicing
• Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to ensure quality workmanship
• Working collaboratively within a supportive workshop environment focused on professionalism and development

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician with a strong diagnostic aptitude
• Passion for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• WOF (Warrant of Fitness) certification is preferred but not mandatory; support provided to gain this qualification
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals
