About the Role
NAPA Australia is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter to join their team in Clayton, Victoria. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and identify automotive parts accurately to meet customer requirements.
- Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely dispatch of products and parts.
- Promote special offers and manage buy-ins as needed.
- Handle customer credits and serve as the primary contact point for customers both in-person and via phone.
- Maintain a culture focused on workplace safety, including safe lifting, bending, and climbing practices.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge in parts interpretation relevant to automotive/mechanical contexts.
- Exhibits passion for delivering excellent customer service and effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
- Approaches work with innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient computer user comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Consistently prioritizes safety in the workplace.
