Automation Test Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Manager to lead quality engineering and test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation strategies, test frameworks, and continuous integration environments, ensuring top-notch software quality across API, web, mobile, database, and integration testing domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement comprehensive test automation strategies and manage quality engineering processes.
• Utilize and oversee automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, UFT, Rest Assured, Postman, and Appium effectively.
• Lead testing efforts across multiple platforms including API, web applications, mobile devices, databases, and system integrations.
• Work seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI for continuous testing and deployment.
• Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance continuous testing and smooth release management.
• Drive adoption of AI-based testing technologies and champion quality engineering transformations.
• Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks, establish reporting standards, and enforce governance models.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, guide leadership activities, and foster collaboration across distributed, cross-functional teams.
