Audiologist and Speech Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist and Audiologist to join our clinical team. This role involves performing detailed assessments and providing evidence-based therapy for individuals with speech, language, hearing, and swallowing challenges. The therapist will serve pediatric and adult populations, delivering personalized treatment plans and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, and hearing using clinical tools.
• Diagnose communication and hearing disorders and develop tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions, closely monitor patient improvements, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and caregivers about therapy objectives and home exercises.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress, assessments, and treatment records.
• Work alongside ENT specialists, pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers in multidisciplinary case management.
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and adhere to clinical ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) or relevant licensing board.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling capabilities.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with pediatric and adult speech therapy is preferred.
• Familiarity with disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, voice disorders, and stuttering.
• Knowledge of hearing aid counseling and rehabilitation practices.
• Proficient in accurate report writing and documentation.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
