Associate Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote role offers a flexible commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week with competitive hourly compensation ranging from $15 to $20.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and attract potential candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from outreach to candidate offer acceptance.
• Schedule and organize interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a positive experience for candidates.
• Maintain clear and professional communications with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to refine and improve hiring methods.
• Keep detailed and accurate records within the applicant tracking system.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in startup environments.
• Well-versed in diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/platforms.
• Capability to handle multiple recruitment pipelines concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, especially in a remote setting.
• Aptitude for building relationships with stakeholders at varying organizational levels.
