Role Overview

This position is for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager based in Hyderabad who will oversee client projects from inception to completion. The role is tailored for professionals who excel in dynamic startup settings, enjoy tackling complex operational issues, and can coordinate efficiently across diverse teams and stakeholders. Your main focus will be to initiate and manage first-time client projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality-compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive management of client projects including new, first-time initiatives.
• Establish project parameters such as scope, timelines, milestones, and criteria for success.
• Monitor and track ongoing project progress to guarantee on-schedule completion.
• Oversee budgetary allocations and optimize the use of resources effectively.
• Manage staffing demands and ensure appropriate team capacity distribution.
• Foster collaboration across multiple departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability among involved parties.
• Act as the main liaison for both internal teams and external clients, managing communications and expectations.
• Identify risks early on, create mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve impediments, escalating issues when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks and client expectations, promoting continuous improvement.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date project documentation including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
• Provide regular project health and performance updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience managing projects, operations, or new business initiatives specifically in startup environments.
• Proven success in executing and scaling projects from the ground up.
• Strong skills in organization, analysis, and problem resolution.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively within fast-moving settings.
• Experienced in managing diverse stakeholder groups and fostering collaborative teamwork.
• Familiarity with project management software and productivity tools is advantageous.
