Overview
This role is offered on behalf of a partner organization based in the United States, seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead and streamline complex, mission-oriented programs with significant impact. The successful candidate will act as a strategic collaborator with senior executives, translating broad goals into actionable operational initiatives and managing the seamless delivery across diverse projects. The position involves oversight of logistics, budgeting, reporting, and coordination across teams, while actively enhancing systems and workflows to improve overall organizational performance. The role embraces remote collaboration and integrates AI-driven tools to facilitate process innovation and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the operational planning and implementation of multiple simultaneous programs, guaranteeing achievement of key milestones and deliverables within established timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans from defined scopes of work, anticipate risks, handle dependencies, and address operational obstacles proactively.
- Organize and manage both virtual and live events, overseeing logistics, scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, technology setup, and onsite coordination.
- Oversee program financials including budgeting, tracking, reconciliation, forecasting, and collaborative reporting with finance teams.
- Create and manage data collection methods, operational dashboards, real-time reporting, and presentations for executive decision-making support.
- Facilitate communications and alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Enhance operational infrastructure through process scalability, comprehensive documentation, knowledge management, and the integration of AI-enabled workflow tools.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leadership by anticipating organizational needs, providing operational insights, and championing excellence.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in program operations, project management, or operational leadership within complex environments.
- Demonstrated capability to convert strategic objectives into detailed, executable plans and oversee multiple priority initiatives concurrently.
- Expertise in event coordination, logistics management, and large program facilitation.
- Proven experience with budget administration, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational data tracking.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Asana or comparable collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical competence with skills in data collection, dashboard creation, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, adept at influencing and collaborating widely.
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills, thriving in fast-paced and changing settings.
- A keen interest in implementing AI technologies and automation to increase operational productivity and effectiveness.
- Preferred background in education, nonprofit sectors, or other mission-driven organizations.
- Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with AI-enhanced workflows and process optimization highly advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual competitive salary between 89686 and 114146 USD, with a typical starting salary of 101916 USD. Higher offers are possible for candidates with significant relevant experience.
