Role Responsibilities

• Act as an inspiring ambassador and leader by example within your store.
• Guide and support your sales team in adopting successful sales strategies.
• Drive your store toward reaching and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to maximize their potential.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to cultivate a positive team culture and build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven capability in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Flexibility to work throughout the retail schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency managing teams and understanding performance management principles.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• A passion for fashion and retail industries.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
