Role Overview
The Assistant Nightfill Manager acts as a key support in the daily operations of the department and works closely with the store team to ensure excellent customer experiences and a positive work environment. This leadership position provides a pathway into retail management through Woolworths Group's dedicated leadership development program.
Working Hours
The role follows a roster from Monday to Sunday, starting at 2:00 PM and finishing at 11:00 PM each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an engaging and inclusive workplace culture where team members can be themselves while consistently delivering a positive shopping experience.
- Support the department team by learning department operations and providing day-to-day assistance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and develop a personal leadership style under the Store Leadership Pathway.
- Ensure safety protocols are diligently followed for the benefit of team and customers.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by modeling the Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care, and Thank.
- Contribute to the overall positive shopping experience by understanding and supporting operations across different departments.
