About the Role
Join Nando's UK & Ireland as an Assistant Manager based in Newbridge, County Kildare, Ireland. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a consistently exceptional PERi-PERi customer experience across all service channels.

- Drive the team’s operational success and customer satisfaction during shifts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated prior management experience with the ability to inspire and energize staff.
- Deep passion for the brand and commitment to maintaining its standards and values.
- Strong customer focus with a dedication to delivering outstanding service every time.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging between €37,053 and €40,053.
- Four-week paid sabbatical granted after every five years of service.
