Role overview
STANCO Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring an Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time onsite opportunity in the shipping industry, offering compensation as per company standards.
What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and shortlisting to interviewing and onboarding candidates across different departments.
- Create and execute hiring plans that help attract strong talent to the organization.
- Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to assess staffing needs and support workforce planning.
- Track recruitment performance, prepare hiring reports, and ensure hiring activity stays within agreed timelines and SLAs.
- Handle HR operational responsibilities such as employee records, documentation, and compliance with internal processes.
- Support seamless onboarding, engagement activities, and implementation of HR policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes for better efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams and external recruitment vendors to meet hiring demands.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects focused on talent management and organizational growth.
What the role needs
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Strong command over end-to-end hiring, stakeholder coordination, and workforce planning.
- Practical exposure to HR operations and managing the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, people skills, and team leadership ability.
- Good analytical ability and reporting skills, along with working knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
- Capability to juggle several priorities in a demanding, fast-moving setting.
- Experience in the UAE or wider GCC region will be considered an advantage.

The preferred notice period is immediate to 30 days. The role is open to candidates of all nationalities.
