Role Overview

The Assistant Manager for External Programs & Policies (Local Content) is integral to advancing Qiddiya's commitment to embedding local content, enhancing supplier development, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local content strategies aligned with Public Investment Fund and national objectives across Qiddiya initiatives.
  • Track and interpret regulations and government mandates regarding local content to guarantee full compliance.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and analytical reviews related to local content achievements and impacts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement and supply chain to incorporate local content goals into daily operations.
  • Design and support programs to strengthen capacities and capabilities within the local supplier community.
  • Build and sustain relationships with local suppliers, government entities, and other relevant organizations to encourage supplier advancement and regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate preparation for audits and ensure policies on local content are consistently followed.
  • Act as a bridge between Qiddiya and external stakeholders including government officials and regulatory agencies.

Candidate Requirements
