Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Overview

We seek an experienced Senior AI Engineer to architect, develop, implement, and manage production-quality AI and autonomous agent systems. The role involves a broad scope covering software development, machine learning, and data engineering to provide robust and scalable AI solutions.

Primary Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications involving large language models (LLMs) and agent-based AI in live environments.
• Create and maintain machine learning services, including APIs, data pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and retraining mechanisms.
• Convert machine learning models into production-ready solutions, collaborating closely with data scientists on experimentation and deployment activities.
• Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and the development of predictive models.
• Lead technical design sessions, provide mentorship to fellow engineers, and advocate for best engineering practices.
• Ensure AI systems adhere to rigorous standards regarding reliability, monitoring, security, and compliance governance.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to build scalable AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer.
• Demonstrated expertise in building production AI solutions utilizing large language models and agentic AI technologies.
• Strong background in deploying and managing machine learning models at scale.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, system architecture, and distributed computing.
• Experience with data engineering and machine learning engineering using current AI/ML tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in situations with unclear or incomplete requirements.
• Effective communication skills alongside technical leadership and mentoring experience.
