Job Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role emphasizes recruiting and leading a team of advisors to enhance business growth through effective field sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a strong team of advisors.
- Oversee and motivate advisors to achieve set sales targets.
- Generate business by guiding the advisor team and sourcing leads from the open market.
- Provide training and continual guidance to improve advisors' performance.
- Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers and advisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, or Field Sales is preferred.
- Owning a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for this role.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
