Architectural Designer

Role Overview

This contract position offers remote work opportunities for an experienced Architectural Designer, compensated between $40 and $50 per hour, with a flexible weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise floor plans and elevation drawings to fulfill specific project criteria.
• Create detailed CAD drawings catering to both architectural and engineering needs.
• Prepare exact Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce comprehensive multi-sheet electrical schematics adhering to industry guidelines.
• Design and assess PCB layouts incorporating standards for manufacturability and operational efficiency.
• Engage collaboratively through communication exchanges to clarify project needs and resolve technical queries.
• Compile complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Substantial experience with architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Expertise in using standard software tools for 2D/3D CAD and PCB layout design.
• Demonstrated skill in preparing and interpreting GD&T annotations and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience with multi-sheet electrical schematics and integration of PCB layouts within building projects.
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational abilities for managing multiple documentation sets.
• Fluent and advanced English communication skills.
