About the Role
Hotel Rajkailash, located in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, is seeking a seasoned Allrounder Cook who can manage the entire kitchen operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality cuisine including North Indian, Chinese, Continental dishes, and manage tandoor cooking.
- Ensure the maintenance of taste and quality in all food preparations.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
- Efficiently oversee kitchen workflows and inventory management.
- Work effectively even under pressure.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant cooking experience.
- Demonstrate honesty, diligence, and accountability.
- Capable of independently managing complete kitchen operations.
Additional Information
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
- Work location: Hotel Raj Kailash, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.
