AI/ML Engineer - MLOps

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer with strong MLOps expertise to build, deploy, monitor, and support machine learning systems in live production environments. The position focuses on scalable delivery, cloud-based automation, CI/CD, and managing the full lifecycle of AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, track, and improve machine learning models in production settings.
• Set up and manage MLOps workflows with platforms such as SageMaker or Databricks.
• Create and support CI/CD pipelines tailored for ML applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Track model health and ensure strong performance, reliability, scalability, and compliance.
• Automate operational workflows using cloud-native services and orchestration frameworks.
• Guide team members and contribute to technical choices and implementation direction.

Required Skills

• Solid background in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).
• Practical experience with SageMaker or Databricks.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong programming ability in Python and/or R.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control systems, and package management.
• Good understanding of ML algorithms, data science principles, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, ETL workflows, and data engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.

Preferred Background

• Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and production-grade AI use cases.
• Exposure to SAS and advanced analytics environments.

Additional Information

Experience: 5+ years in relevant work.

Education: 15 years of full-time education required.

Location: Bengaluru.

Compensation: INR 15,00,000 to 18,00,000 per year.
