About Leni
Leni is a cutting-edge AI infrastructure platform tailored for asset managers and investors. It enables users, both individuals and organizations, to make confident, data-driven decisions through a model-agnostic approach for diverse tasks. The platform specializes in models trained specifically on real estate and investment workflows, delivering highly accurate and cost-effective outcomes. Leni has earned top performance worldwide on key benchmarks like DRACO, SpreadsheetBench, and GAIA, offering traceable and verifiable results suitable for investor and committee review. By integrating with platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, and Rent Manager, Leni creates a private context graph that captures data meanings across assets, operators, and market cycles. This dynamic memory layer provides actionable insights on trends, risks, and operations, acting as a context-aware assistant for clients.
Role Overview
The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models and infrastructure underpinning Leni’s real estate and investment workflow solutions. Daily tasks involve developing and fine-tuning algorithms focused on pattern recognition and decision-support systems, integrating these models with existing data pipelines and external systems, and enhancing model accuracy and reliability through rigorous testing and evaluation. The role includes collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to transform domain-specific requirements into scalable ML applications, actively monitoring deployed models, and incorporating user feedback and benchmarking insights for continuous improvement.
This position is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, combining in-office teamwork with some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include hands-on programming, architectural system development, and contributing to best practices that ensure trustworthy and reproducible AI solutions in a high-stakes finance and real estate context.
