Role overview
This contract role is for a remote AI Model Assessment Specialist who will review AI-generated outputs, judge their quality, and provide actionable feedback that helps improve model performance. The work is estimated at 10 to 40 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $22 to $70 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-created content across different subject areas and assess how accurate and effective it is.
- Write clear, useful feedback that can be used to refine and improve model behavior.
- Examine datasets and model responses for correctness, clarity, and alignment with the task objective.
- Spot patterns, errors, edge cases, and subtle differences in AI outputs through careful reading and analysis.
- Coordinate with teammates and share findings clearly in written and spoken form.
- Use practical, real-world judgment to simulate scenarios and evaluate how well the model performs in use.
Requirements
- Native-level English proficiency at C1 or C2 standard.
- Strong reading comprehension and analytical reasoning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to notice nuanced differences.

- Good organization and time-management skills for remote work.
